From Bucharest to the continent
Founded in Romania in 2023, Talentika was born out of frustration with recruitment tools that ignored European regulations, forced English-only workflows, and treated AI as a black box.
Our founders — engineers, researchers, and HR veterans — set out to build the ATS they always wanted: one where AI is explainable, bias is actively audited, and every language in the region is a first-class citizen.
Today, Talentika serves companies across Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece, helping them hire smarter, faster, and fairer — while staying fully compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
